The estate is located on a scenic hilltop surrounded by the Chianti forests. The landscape project strenghtens the relationship between the garden and the buildings creating different environments, each one with its peculiar features.
The landscape project developed from the definition of the main areas of interest which could give value to the estate. The front and back yards have been completely reinvented thanks to the new stone paving. The path leading to the back yard was rebuilt with the use of wood boards, while new flowerbeds with mixed borders and small trees were created along the edge of the slope. The swimming pool area was enhanced by building small garden walls with flowerbeds surrounding a large lawn. All areas were improved by adding new flowerbeds, while the irrigation and lighting systems guaranteed the success of the landscape project.
