The masterplan of Porto Conte Park is part of a strictly constrained context (SIC “Capo Caccia”). For that reason, the project objective is the preservation, respect and valorization of the agro-forestry, coastal and wildlife heritage.

The masterplan of the large green area outside the new hotel aims at the the recover of the inner network of paths, the development of an app for educational pourposes about existing flora and wildlife, panoramic and birdwatching points, low impact lighting design. Next to the hotel, the private areas (swimming pool, solarium, restaurant, ground floor rooms, etc.) are linked to the outdoor public park thanks to a system of terracing, enriched with landscaping works. New trees, shrubs and flowerbeds enhance the main entrance and improve the parking area. To reduce the overall visual impact on the surrounding landscape, most of the covering are made with green roofs.
