After months of work, we are happy to be able to present the Landscape Masterplan extramoenia for the Archaeological Park of Pompeii.

This is a complex but extremely fascinating project for the extraordinary site in which it is located, which required the participation and enthusiasm of the entire studio.

Our aim was to bring the ancient city into dialogue with the surrounding landscape in order to give visitors a new experience to know and experience Pompeii.

For this reason, key elements of the new route in extramoenia will be

the restoration of the walk along the walls
the enhancement of the belvederes and the formation of new landscape points;
the cycle path and the service road;
rest and recreation areas, jogging and fitness areas, together with ornithological observation points and apiaries.

The Masterplan will be presented on Tuesday 30 May 2023 at 10.30 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Archaeological Park of Pompeii.
