Hillside garden project The landscape design of this hillside garden was inspired by the typical tuscan countryside of the surrounding wealthy neighborhood of Poggio Imperiale, but with a contemporary touch. Boxwood hedges and flower beds define the spaces of the hillside garden around the house, while a large vegetable garden leads to the olive grove.
Redevelopment of public gardens In a dialogue with the renovation process of the villa, the redevelopment of the public gardens proceeds through the rearrangement of the open spaces. By creating a multifunctional space with interesting views on the historic center of the city and a fitness trail with an adjacent children playground, the new public gardens are designed starting from their original structure, giving the possibility to house new functions like exhibitions and events.
Industrial park in Prato The landscape project of industrial park relies on the typical structure of the terracing which define the slope of the lower portion of the Calvana mountains. The new access road leaves an important mark in the landscape, with groups of cypress trees spaced by olive trees. The typical columnar habit of the cypress trees dialogues with the chimneys of the former concrete factory.
Japanese garden of Stibbert Museum Project of the renovation of an area situated next to Poggi's orangery, within the historic garden of Stibbert Museum, through the creation of a japanese garden. The idea to create a japanese garden inside the park of the museum comes from the high significance that oriental culture had taken in the latest part of F. Stibbert's life, clearly noticeable by his huge collection of Japanese weapons and armor displayed in the museum.
