The landscape project of the estate, located on top of the hill of the Poggio Imperiale in Florence, forms an integral part of the restoration process of the building complex which dates back to the XVII century. Looking forward to the functional redevelopment of the whole complex, already characterised by tourist accomodation actitvity, the project involves the demolition of incongruous buildings, a new swimming pool and parking lot lined with trees, the restoration of the dirt roads which goes through the estate and the reconstruction of the perimeter wall along the Piazzale del Poggio Imperiale. The landscaping involves the enrichment of the olive grove with the planting of fruit trees, together with mixed borders around the swimming pool area and along the road network.
